If you're looking for inspiration, select "Find a Workout." You'll discover a wide range of options to suit your mood, categorized by activity type, difficulty, targeted muscle groups, fitness goals, and duration. Suppose you're feeling sluggish after lunch and have 40 minutes to spare. In that case, you might opt for the "Mid-day Energy Boost," a 40-minute intermediate yoga session designed to invigorate you.
Selecting a workout will reveal a breakdown of individual exercises within it. It's like having a personal trainer at your fingertips. Save the workout within the Amazfit app, and you can then complete it using your phone or send it directly to your Amazfit smartwatch. Once your watch syncs with the app, open the Sports App list, choose the workout type, and select your downloaded workout. Your watch will guide you through the exercises, complete with animations to demonstrate proper form.

Not finding a workout that suits you? No problem. Under the "Create a Workout" option, you can craft your own routine. Choose from various activity types such as swimming, HIIT, biking, and more. For instance, if you want to design a strength training workout, select "Pilates" and pick from a library of over 1,600 exercises to create your warm-up, workout, and cooldown. Add notes, save, and download your customized workout.

Your Amazfit smartwatch isn't limited to downloaded workouts. It can track any exercise or activity you engage in. Whether you're hitting the elliptical or going golfing, choose the corresponding built-in activity type on your watch to monitor your performance.
