Amazfit Shipping Information
US Shipping Fee:
Orders under $100 (after promotion or discount and shipping within the contiguous United States) ship free using the United States Postal Service and typically take 4-7 business days for delivery.
Orders over $100 (after promotion or discount and shipping within the contiguous United States) ship free using FedEx Express Saver shipping and typically take 3-4 business days for delivery.
Canada Shipping Fee:
All orders shipping to Canada will ship with FedEx.
The shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.
Any duties or fees charged on the package upon delivery are not included in the shipping fee.
Shipping Notice:
For special shipping requests, please use our Contact form to reach us before the order is shipped out.
If you enter a wrong address contact Amazfit Support. We will contact the shippers to solve the problem.
If you need to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order can be rerouted to the new address.
If any FedEx or USPS delays occur you can use our Contact form to reach out to us, and we will contact the shipping company to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Providers:
Orders are shipped using FedEx or United States Postal Service (USPS).
Shipment times depend on product availability.
Shipments to PO Boxes will be shipped through USPS.
Orders to Puerto Rico will be shipped by USPS and delivery time will be slightly longer.
Signature Requirement:
For orders over $399.99, we require a signature upon delivery.
