Shipping Services

Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. Orders are usually processed the next business day and will be shipped by FedEx or USPS. 
If the address is PO Boxes, the orders will be shipped through USPS. 
Orders from Puerto Rico and Canada will only be shipped by USPS and delivery time will be slightly longer.

Shipping Fee

We offer free USPS shipping on U.S. orders less than $100 after any promotion or discount is applied and it will take 4-7 business days to deliver your orders.
We offer free Fedex Express Saver shipping on U.S. orders of $100 or more after any promotion or discount is applied and it will take 3-4 business days to deliver your orders.
We offer USPS shipping on Canada orders and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.Any duties or fees charged on the package upon delivery are not included in the shipping fee.

If you enter the wrong address, please contact Amazfit Support in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.

For orders over $399.99, we require a signature upon delivery. This is to ensure the safe receipt of your order and to prevent any potential loss or theft.
