Shipment times for each product vary depending on availability. Orders are usually processed the next business day and will be shipped by FedEx or USPS.
If the address is PO Boxes, the orders will be shipped through USPS.
Orders including Amazfit Smart Scale will only be shipped by FedEx Home Delivery.
Orders from Puerto Rico will only be shipped by USPS and delivery time will be slightly longer.
Shipping within Canada: We offer shipping services to all locations within Canada. Please note that shipments to certain remote areas may take longer than usual, due to logistical constraints. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such cases.
We offer free USPS shipping on orders less than $100 after any promotion or discount is applied and it will take 4-7 business days to deliver your orders.
We offer free FedEx Express Saver shipping on orders of $100 or more after any promotion or discount is applied and it will take 3-4 business days to deliver your orders.
For special shipping requests, please contact Amazfit Support before the orders are shipped out. Please confirm your address before payment. If you enter the wrong address, please contact Amazfit Support in a timely manner. We will contact logistics personnel to solve the problem. If you ask to change the address after the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that your order will be updated. In addition, you are responsible for all possible risks and expenses caused by changing the address after the order has been shipped.
