Raised in the rugged Montgó Natural Park, Rosa Lara Feliu turned quiet ambition into an elite career in just five years. Now 28, she’s known not just for her calm intensity, but for the precision, grit, and focus that show up mile after mile—race after race.
 
Balancing elite competition, physiotherapy, and coaching, Rosa is more than a podium threat. She’s part of a new generation of athletes redefining what it means to train smart, race hard, and recover with purpose.
