Keep Active and Healthy with Amazfit Band 5

Now that you have your fitness tracker/smartwatch settled for your vacation, the next step is determining what you can do to keep active during your trip. There are many great workout options you can choose from while on vacation that don’t require any equipment.

Cover all your major muscle groups by doing three rounds, 12 repetitions each of the following simple exercises:

  1. Squats
  2. Push ups
  3. Crunches
  4. Backward lunges
  5. Plank
  6. Bridge

If you want to a more challenging workout, you can keep the reps and sets the same, but step up each exercise like this:

  1. Jump squats
  2. 1-leg push-ups
  3. Star crunches
  4. Jumping lunges
  5. Plank jacks
  6. 1-leg bridge

In addition to these workouts, don’t forget about walking! Just get out there and move! Sixty minutes of brisk walking can burn 300 calories! Also, walking an hour a day is good for your heart! According to the Heart Foundation, walking 10,000 steps per day reduces your risk of cardiovascular disease by 40%.
