Amazfit Balance Review: A Sleek and Stylish Smartwatch with AI Smarts
Amazfit has unveiled its latest flagship lifestyle smartwatch, the Amazfit Balance. With a focus on achieving a balance between work, life, and wellness, this smartwatch is equipped with AI software smarts and a range of sensors. Tech reviewers Pocket-Lint provide an overview of the Amazfit Balance and shares their early impressions after a quick test at IFA.
The Amazfit Balance is available in two variants - one with a silver bezel and fabric strap, and the other in black with a silicone sports-style strap. The strap features a slimline velcro closure that makes it easy to put on and take off, while the stretchy material ensures comfort even when worn tightly. Author Luke Baker says of the Balance - " ...it's slim, lightweight and stylish, absolutely packed with fitness features, and comes at a very competitive price."
The Amazfit Balance is loaded with sensors to track various fitness metrics, including a PPG biometric optical sensor and a BIA bioelectric impedance sensor. It also features onboard GPS with dual-band positioning, a gyroscope, a geomagnetic sensor, an air pressure sensor, and a temperature sensor. One notable feature is the Readiness analysis, which utilizes sleep-tracking data and biometrics to determine when you're ready to push your workouts to the limit or when you should take it easy.
