Amazfit Trade-In Terms & Conditions

These are the terms that govern the Amazfit Trade-In Program (“Program”).

These Terms & Conditions constitute an agreement between Zepp North America Inc. (“Amazfit,” “us”, or “we”) and you (“You” or “you”). Please read these Terms & Conditions before participating in our Trade-In Program. All trade-ins or potential trade-ins are subject to these Terms & Conditions and by participating in this Program, you accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including that we may update or change these Terms & Conditions and/or the Program from time to time.

What is the Amazfit Trade-In program

The Amazfit Trade-In program allows users to trade in an eligible smartwatch (the "Trade-in Product") and receive the refund toward the purchase of a product selected by Amazfit (Hereinafter refer to as "New Product") on our official website (https://us.amazfit.com) at full MSRP.

This Program is only intended for and available to residents of the United States or Canada. This Program is not available outside the United States or Canada and is void where prohibited.

How does it work

  1. Fill Out the Survey – Complete the trade-in survey to receive your trade-in value instantly.
  2. Accept the Offer – If you agree with the trade-in value, simply click "I Accept" on the survey to accept the offer.
  3. Shop the New Product – Click the button on the survey ending page to purchase your new product at MSRP.
  4. Receive Your New Watch & Return Label Your new product package will include a prepaid return shipping label, which is used for returning your trade-in device.
  • Important: Back up your personal data and perform a factory reset before shipping. Any accepted device with on-device storage will be wiped upon inspection.

5. Inspection & Refund Processing – Once we receive your trade-in device, we will inspect it to verify that its condition matches your survey responses. After approval, we’ll process your refund within 5-14 business days, applying the trade-in value toward your new product order. If the device condition does not match the survey, we will notify you of any adjustments to the trade-in value.

General Terms and FAQ


What devices are eligible for trade-in?

Only selected Amazfit smartwatches are eligible. At the time of trade-in, you must be the owner of the device. Leased devices are not eligible.

How much will you get for your trade-in?

Trade-in values will vary based on the condition and model of your eligible trade-in device. It will be up to $150 credit towards your new product purchase on our official store. You acknowledge that trade-in values are subject to Amazfit’s sole inspection. There may be instances when Amazfit will revise the original quote for the trade-in device if inspection results differ from what was described by you.

What if we don't receive your device or what if your device is not accepted?

If we do not receive your Trade-in Product, we will charge you the full price for your purchase of the New Product. If the condition of your Trade-in Product doesn’t match what you described, a new estimated trade-in value will be provided. You’ll have the option to either accept this revised quote or reject it within 5 working days after we notify you of the revised trade-in value. Any rejection beyond such time limit will be deemed an acceptance of the revised trade-in value. If you reject it, your device will be returned to you at no charge. For the new purchase, you may keep the product or return the product to us for a refund at no extra cost.

What devices can you buy for Amazfit Trade-In program?

The only devices that qualify are Amazfit new product selected by us.

Can we trade in 2 pcs smartwatches for an new product?

No, we can only support 1pc trade-in smartwatch for 1pc Amazfit new product. If you buy 2 pcs Amazfit new product, then 2 pcs trade-in smartwatches will be allowed.

Can you trade in a smartwatch on Amazon?

No, Amazfit trade-in is available only on Amazfit US official Store (https://us.amazfit.com) .

How long does the trade-in process take?

In general it takes 1-3 weeks. But the sooner you send us your smartwatch, the sooner we can verify the condition and refund the value of your trade-in smartwatch to you.

Does this program apply to previous purchases?

No, this trade-in program doesn't apply to previous purchases. And this trade-in offer cannot be combined with other coupon codes or other special offers.

Can you cancel a trade-in?

You acknowledge and agree that the trade-in transaction is final and cannot be cancelled by you unless we change the trade-in value and the new trade-in value is declined by you or you can cancel the trade-in before you ship the trade-in product to us.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL AMAZFIT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF DATA (INCLUDING END-USER INFORMATION), COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, OR FOR ANY SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER FOR BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE AND STRICT LIABILITY), OR OTHERWISE, WHETHER OR NOT FORTER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY HEREIN, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE, WILL NOT EXCEED THE TRADE-IN VALUE OF YOUR SUBMISSION. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY WILL APPLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW AND WILL SURVIVE CANCELLATION OR TERMINATION OF ANY TRADE-IN SUBMISSION.

Other terms

Amazfit reserves the right (at any time) to change, cancel, or otherwise revise any part of this Program or these Terms; this includes the right to terminate or end the Program, with or without notice to you.To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold Amazfit, its parent compnay, subsidiaries, officers, employees and agents harmless from any claims, damages and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, related to or arising out of your use, participation in this Program, violation of these Terms, including without limitation, the removal or non-removal of any data or files on your device and the value assessment provided.
