I’m much more aware of my sleep patterns now and am following the recommended approach based on the insights I’ve gained, as well as using the Aura assistant.The Ring takes a few days to get used to because it’s slightly larger than your typical ring. However, once you’re accustomed to it, it doesn’t interfere with your daily activities. It also has a good battery life. I would definitely recommend this ring to anyone who wants to become aware of their heath patterns.

Awesome product, excellent materials and craftsmanship. I've had Garmin's top of the line watches and besides the solar power option this Amazfit Falcon is way superior than them.. Battery lasts very long .. about 25-30 days without using heavily gps or maps.. Phone app is easy to use and support is on top of the updates.. I work in the construction/paint business and this thing does not have one single scratch anywhere ..super rugged. Definitely recommended.

Phenomenal watch that works well outdoors. I ride/ race dirt bikes and constantly hit trees, rocks, the ground,and even other riders during Hare Scrambles. I do use glass screen protectors but it is a computer for the arm. Mud,rain, dirt, daily wear running equipment for my job and this watch keeps up with everything I need. I graduated from the T Rex Pro to the Ultra because of the dirt bike function and the ruggedness I knew it was capable of. Cleans up well for street wear too! Basically this is the ultimate 24 hour wear watch other than when charging it but that is maybe every other day.
