Balance July 2025 Software Updates

In July 2025, we've given Balance a multidimensional upgrade: introducing the HYROX PFT mode, enabling plugin support on the Workout data page, and adding cycling speed data compatibility. Plus, several optimizations ensure a more stable user experience.
 
Whether you’re a HYROX challenger, a cycling enthusiast, or an exercise fanatic, this update is tailored for you—lighting up your athletic potential all around.

HYROX PFT
The HYROX PFT (Physical Fitness Test) is a standardized fitness trial designed for those who want to experience HYROX competitions. It offers a simplified version of the full HYROX race by including the core exercise formats but at shorter distances and lower intensity—ideal for beginners and fitness fans. HYROX PFT standards are the same worldwide. Participants complete six exercises and are graded according to their finish time.
 
You can add the "HYROX PFT" under: Workout → More workouts → HYROX.

Plugins Support on Workout Data Page
The workout data page now supports third‑party plugins. Download and install from the Zepp App Store to create a personalized training dashboard—you choose which key metrics matter most to you.
 
You can browse and add plugins under: Device - APP STORE - Workout Extensions.

Enhanced Accessory Compatibility — Cycling Speed Sensor Support
We’ve added support for external cycling speed sensors to improve ride data accuracy. With this, Balance becomes more than just a watch—it’s your versatile sports companion.
 
You can add accessories at: Settings → Bluetooth → Workout Accessory.
 
More Updates
  • Fixed an issue where the device would occasionally enter sleep mode immediately after a workout, ensuring complete logs.
  • Optimized the “Resume Later” feature during workouts to reduce power consumption and extend battery life.
  • Fixed an abnormal calendar display issue.
  • Improved ski algorithm—now better at detecting uphill segments during lifts and more accurate maximum slope calculations, delivering more realistic real‑time feedback for ski enthusiasts.
  • Fixed the issue where sleep data was missing when automatic heart rate monitoring was turned off.
