Collection: How to Reply to iOS Message Notifications on Amazfit Devices
With Zepp Messenger, you can reply to message notifications right from your Amazfit device, even when paired with an iPhone. Using the Matrix (Beeper) service, Zepp Messenger lets you respond to WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Telegram, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Signal, Slack, Discord, and Google Chat.
What You Need
To set up and use Zepp Messenger, you need a compatible Amazfit device and Zepp app version 9.13.0 or later.
Zepp Messenger is compatible with the following Amazfit devices:

Compatibility will also extend to future models as they are released.
1. Install and Register Beeper
Because Apple doesn't allow third-party wearables to reply directly to notifications, Zepp Messenger uses the Beeper service to let you reply to message notifications from your Amazfit device.
Go to the Beeper website and download the Beeper app for your platform. After installation, follow the onscreen instructions to register and sign in.
Note: Save the Recovery code/key provided during registration in a safe place. You'll need it later for secure verification when you set up Zepp Messenger.

2. Connect to Your Chat Apps in the Beeper App
Open the Beeper app, tap the menu icon, then tap Add Network > Add an Account. From the Beeper Cloud Accounts list, select the chat apps you want to reply to, and follow the onscreen instructions to connect them.

3. Sign in to Your Beeper Account in the Zepp App
Go to Zepp app > Device, under Device App Settings, tap Zepp Messenger > Matrix (Beeper), then sign in with your Beeper account username or email address and password.
If you haven't set a password, or if you've forgotten it, tap Forget password, then enter the email you used to register, and follow the onscreen instructions to reset it. After that, sign in with your new password.
4. Complete Security Verification
Due to Beeper's restrictions, you must complete security verification after signing in before you can use Zepp Messenger.
Option 1: Use another device
On another device that's already signed in to Beeper (not your current iPhone), open the Beeper app and tap Accept in the verification request pop-up. Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the verification.
Option 2: Use your recovery key
If you don't have another device, or verification fails, you can use your recovery code/key to complete verification. Tap Use recovery key at the bottom of the verification page, enter or paste the recovery code/key you saved when registering your Beeper account, then tap Next to complete verification.

If you can't find your recovery key, follow the instructions to generate a new Recovery Code in the Beeper app.
5. Reply to Message Notifications on Your Amazfit Device
Once syncing with Beeper is complete, Zepp Messenger is ready to use. When you receive a new message notification on your Amazfit device, tap the button on the notification page to open the keyboard and type your response, or wake Zepp Flow and reply with your voice.
Make sure:

You can only reply to message notifications from chat apps that you connected successfully in the Beeper app.

You can receive detailed message notifications from the chat app on both your iPhone and your Amazfit device.

You reply directly from the original chat app's notifications on your device, not from Beeper's notifications. To avoid confusion, consider turning off Beeper's notifications in Settings.
