Acknowledgment of Risk & Release of Liability
By signing this form, I acknowledge, understand, and agree to the following:
Voluntary Participation: I voluntarily participate in the Amazfit Hang Challenge and understand it involves physical exertion, including but not limited to gripping and hanging from a pull-up bar.
Assumption of Risk: I recognize that participation in this challenge may carry risks of injury, including but not limited to muscle strain, joint injuries, falls, or other unforeseen physical harm. I accept full responsibility for any injuries sustained.
Health & Physical Condition: I affirm that I am in good health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in this event. If I have any concerns, I have consulted with a medical professional before participating.
Waiver & Release: I hereby waive, release, and discharge Amazfit, North America, (Zepp Inc.), event organizers, sponsors, partners, and their employees, agents, and affiliates from any liability, claims, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation in this event, including but not limited to negligence.
Emergency Medical Treatment: I consent to receive necessary medical treatment in an emergency. I understand that I am responsible for any associated medical costs.
Media Release: I grant Amazfit, North America (Zepp Inc.) the right to capture, use, and distribute photos, videos, and recordings of my participation for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation.
Contest Rules & Fair Play: I agree to abide by the official challenge rules set forth by the event organizers. I understand that any dishonest behavior or failure to comply may result in disqualification.
