I recently bought the Armband in Light Gray, and I’m honestly very happy with it so far. The materials feels soft, flexible, and very comfortable against the skin, even during long workouts. It has a light compression feel that keeps it firmly in place without being too tight.

I like wearing the armband when I'm not wearing my watch. I absolutely love the fit and tightness without feeling like I have a tourniquet on. I took a chance on ordering a T-Rex 3 and I have fallen in love with Amazfit. The watches, the arm bands and wrist bands, the customer service - everything is run tightly and effectively. I think I have the best watch and fitness tracker on the market and if you get both I think you will agree!

Band could be more comfortable and the sensor is a little big. A smaller form factor would make it perfect. Overall a good sensor and has performed well. A good buy.

Really comfy! Adjusting the band to fit perfectly takes a little patience but you hardly notice it on your bicep. Wearing on the bicep is more accurate than the wrist and frees up wrist space. Stays on during fast running, heavy workouts, sprint swimming, and diving. I am a super intense professional athlete and this has been a great purchase!!

I was excited about it, and it is a nice design, it’s just not for me, honestly. It’s not for me even after adjustment and rolls up on me during workouts, flipping the heliocore inside out. The labeling is also starting to crack a bit? I’ve only had it a week.

Overall my experience was great! It took a minute to get the right tension on the strap to get it to stay up on my arm comfortably, but it was easy to adjust. Highly recommend anyone thinking about it to get one. My data points seem to be more defined on the app since I started using it.

I love having the Helio on my bicep but couldn’t find a band that is comfortable for the whole day. The new version is perfect. I found myself checking to make sure it was still on because I couldn’t feel it. Exactly what I needed!
It is really well researched and executed! Way thinner and more comfortable & stretchy than the black version... which itself was a step up from what I had. Just used it on the rowing machine for a HIIT session today and it kept great connectivity all the way through! Happy!

So far the Helios and works great. Accurate and has enough features. Left the Whoop.
The battery life didn't last as long after first charge. The wrist strap that it comes with gets loose easily. Is there a elastic silicone strap I can buy? Also is there a video how to transfer the tracker from the wrist to the bicep strap? I bought the bicep strap from the amazfit website but can't figure out how to transfer the tracker.
The grey bicep band is an amazing upgrade. Incredibly comfortable when compared to the Velcro arm band. Do yourself a favor, spend a few bucks more and get the better version. I cant even tell I'm wearing the Helio on my upper arm. Good job Amazfit.
I’ve only had this armband about a week but loving it so far. Came from an Apple Watch and enjoy how the armband keeps the device away from my wrists when working out.
It's not as comfortable as I'd hoped. It's got some elastic, but not nearly enough. Since I'm using it on my bicep, the difference in size between flexed and not is a lot. If it's comfortably tight when flexed, it's too loose when my arm is straight. So I have to have it tight enough to be comfortable when my arm is straight. When I sleep, I have my arm bent most of the night. It ends up digging into the skin. So in conclusion, it needs a lot more elastic.
I enjoy the app much more than I did with the WHOOP trial. The insights are simple and the data layout isn’t as hard to comprehend as it is in WHOOP. I like the bio charge more than strain because I can see the bio charge drain gradually throughout the day starting “ideally” at 100%. As opposed to the ambiguous strain score that didn’t seem to relate to a metric we can see and automatically grasp. Strain would build and bio charge depletes as the day goes on, and for some reason that just fits better with my understanding of my energy throughout the day.
I have absolutely loved this. Works great and gives me all the data I could ask for. I previously used a Whoop strap and was not happy. I paid a lot every month for the same data I'm getting from my Amazfit.

I tried several 3rd party options before this became available again. Not the best of the bunch but it serves it's purpose. Arm bands might just not be my thing, I'll stick with the tegaderm transparent dressing to stick it on my upper arm, keeps it snug and out of the way so I can still wear my traditional watch on my wrist.
My overall experience with the Helio Armband has been great. It’s very comfortable and fits well. Highly recommended.
