New BioCharge Life Load Logging
The BioCharge Life Load logging feature allows you to record important life events such as stress, alcohol intake, travel, and illness. This helps you understand how these factors influence your overall well-being and energy levels, giving you a comprehensive view of your body's health.
To access this, go to the BioCharge page in the Zepp app and click "Add" to select and log your life events.
BioCharge Boundary Alerts
With BioCharge boundary alerts, you’ll receive notifications when you reach your daily BioCharge limit during workouts. This feature ensures that you stay within a healthy balance of energy usage and recovery, optimizing your fitness journey and helping you avoid overexertion.
BioCharge Self-Check for Abnormal Trends
The BioCharge self-check feature identifies abnormal trends based on your physiological changes and provides early warnings for potential health risks. If the system detects unusual patterns, it will notify you and sync relevant alerts directly to the Zepp App homepage, ensuring you’re always on top of your health data.
Optimized BioCharge Algorithm
In this update, we've optimized the BioCharge algorithm to improve its coverage of more activity scenarios and events. This enhances the accuracy of your energy consumption and recovery calculations, allowing you to make better-informed decisions about your workout intensity and recovery needs.
