This release adds Manual Rest for more structured Pool Swimming records, an Always Locked touchscreen mode to help prevent accidental input, FTMS rowing machine connectivity for richer indoor training data, and Athlete Defaults for faster workout setup. Route Preview, map zooming, and alarm setup have also been refined for a smoother overall experience.
The update brings a range of new features, including a brand-new Golf mode for T-Rex Ultra 2, recreational diving mode and offline route planning directly on the watch for T-Rex 3, along with lactate threshold training metrics, and a redesigned sleep algorithm.
