1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Zepp North America, Inc, located at 3090 Bristol St, #400, Costa Mesa, CA, 92626 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of [eligible U.S. states and Washington, D.C.] who are at least 18 years old and the age of majority in their state of residence at entry. Employees of Sponsor, anyone involved in administering this promotion, Yowana, and their immediate families and household members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period
The promotion begins on [date, time, time zone] and ends on [date, time, time zone], before the scheduled start of the Berlin Marathon on September 27 2026. Sponsor’s entry-system clock determines the time of receipt. Entries received after the deadline are ineligible.

4. How to Enter
During the Entry Period, visit entry URL and submit your name, valid email address, and prediction of Yowana’s finish time at the 2026 Berlin Marathon.

Enter your prediction in hours, minutes, and seconds (HH:MM). Limit one entry per person. If multiple entries are submitted, only the first valid entry will count. Entries cannot be changed after submission. Automated entries and entries submitted using multiple identities are prohibited.

5. Email Subscription
By entering, you agree to subscribe to marketing emails from Amazfit, including product updates, news, and promotional offers. Email subscription is required at the time of entry.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect your entry, eligibility, or chances of winning. Sponsor may contact you separately for promotion administration or winner notification. Entrants should maintain a valid email address and check their inbox and spam folder.

6. Determining the Winner
One potential winner will be selected based on the prediction closest to Yowana’s official net finish time (chip time), as published by the race organizer at https://www.bmw-berlin-marathon.com/en/your-race/results.

Sponsor will use the result available at or after September 27 2026 to calculate each entry’s absolute difference from that finish time, in seconds. Predictions above and below the official time will be treated equally. The smallest difference wins.

If two or more entries are equally close, the entry received earliest, according to Sponsor’s system timestamp, will rank first. Any remaining timestamp tie will be resolved by the system’s recorded submission order.

Winner selection is subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

7. Prize
One winner will receive 1 new Amazfit Smartwatch. Approximate retail value: $200-$500

The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. If the stated prize becomes unavailable, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor will cover standard shipping within the eligible territory. Any applicable taxes are the winner’s responsibility. No payment is required to claim the prize.

8. Winner Notification
Sponsor will email the potential winner at the address provided at entry within 7 days after determining the results. The potential winner must respond within 7 calendar days after the notification is sent and provide information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility and deliver the prize.

If the notification is undeliverable, the potential winner fails to respond by the deadline, or the potential winner is ineligible, Sponsor may award the prize to the next-highest-ranked eligible entrant using Section 6.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails alone is not grounds for disqualification.

9. Race Cancellation or No Official Finish
If the race is canceled, Yowana does not start or finish, Yowana is disqualified, or no official finish time is available by the results-verification deadline in Section 6, the promotion will be canceled and no prize awarded. Sponsor will post notice at https://us.amazfit.com/pages/official-rules-supwell

10. Fair Administration
Sponsor may disqualify entries involving fraud, tampering, or violation of these Official Rules. If technical failures or circumstances beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromise the promotion, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel it as permitted by applicable law and will publish notice here. Changes will not be made solely to favor or disadvantage particular entrants.

Personal information will be used to administer the promotion and as described in the email-subscription provision and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy
