For Devices Marked "Follow the plan from August"
* For devices marked "Follow the plan from August", they follow a different rollout schedule before August. Some features from the July plan are already available (or will be released separately), while the remaining July roadmap features will begin rolling out as part of the August update plan. Over time, these devices will continue receiving the major roadmap features available on other supported devices through future updates.
Gradual Rollout
* Updates are rolled out gradually and may not arrive on the same day for all users. In most cases, all eligible devices will receive the update within the scheduled month. If your device has not received it within 10 days after month-end, please contact customer support for assistance.
Hardware Limitations
* For old products (Active 2 Round & Square, Bip 6), due to hardware memory limitation, we can only support the most critical functions/optimizations that are highlighted in the roadmap, for other new functions please try the new models. For example, Map optimization, Route navigation, Training Calendar and Training course etc. will not be supported.
