Battery Saver Mode: Limited functions are available; health monitoring functions such as heart rate, blood-oxygen and stress monitoring are turned off, and only basic sleep monitoring is enabled; Bluetooth connection is limited to BLE, raising the wrist to light up the screen is turned off, and GPS is turned off.

Detection results are provided for reference only. Please consult professional medical institutions if you feel unwell. 24-hour monitoring of heart rate and blood-oxygen saturation (SpO₂) need to be enabled in the Zepp App. For heart rate monitoring, the user must enable Auto Heart Rate Monitor in the Zepp App, and the minimum value can be set to 1 minute. Abnormal heart rate alerts and the preset value need to be set in the Zepp App. To measure blood-oxygen saturation (SpO₂), please wear the watch tightly at one finger-width from the wrist, and keep your arm still for best results. SpO₂alerts are sent if the detected rate is too low compared to the preset value, which needs to be set in the Zepp App, at a minimum of 80%. Movement, and environmental and physical characteristics can affect speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement. The 24-hour stress level monitoring needs to be enabled on the watch or in the Zepp App. Alerts for high stress levels are based on the preset value, and prompts for the breathing exercise need to be enabled on the watch. Smart health alerts need to be enabled in the watch settings or Zepp App. To process the one-tap measurement and other manual metric measurements, please wear the watch tightly at one finger-width from the wrist, and keep your arm still for best results. Movement, and environmental and physical characteristics can affect speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement.

Smart recognition of strength training exercises can only be engaged within the Strength Training sports mode. 25 exercises are able to be recognized at time of product release, including: Bodyweight squats, Bodyweight straight arm front squats, Barbell squats, Tricep pushdowns, Bent over rows, Barbell bench press, Sit-up holds, Knee-touch sit-ups, Dumbbell flys, Burpees, Burpee jumps, Overhead tricep extensions, Lying tricep extensions, Lateral raises, Jumping jacks, Lat pulldowns, Deadlift, Push-up, Shoulder press, Pull up, Bicep curls, Seated cable rows, Dumbbell drag curls, Straight-arm pulldowns, Russian twists. If an exercise is not auto-recognized by watch, the Zepp App can provide a list of muscle groups or exercise names to choose from.

According to the ISO 22810:2010 standard, the Amazfit Active 2 (Round) achieves a rating of 5 ATM, for a water-resistance of up to 50 meters, and is therefore suitable for splashes, snow, showering, or swimming. It has passed third-party testing conducted by SGS, and the report number is SHES241102180871. Remove the watch when taking a hot shower or trip to the sauna, since too much steam can affect the seal and make it less water-resistant in future. Do not wear the watch with a leather or metal strap when swimming - when preparing to swim, change to a silicone strap or other suitable type. Avoid using cleaning agents such as soap, hand sanitizer, body wash, or lotion to clean the watch, as residual chemicals may irritate the skin and corrode the device, potentially affecting its water resistance. If accidental contact occurs, rinse the watch immediately with clean water, soak it for 30 minutes, then remove it and wipe it dry with a clean, soft cloth. 6. The Amazfit Active 2 (Round) can be used as a map browsing tool to import OSM map files. The downloaded offline map must match your real location to be displayed, and a route file must be imported for navigation – it's not possible to choose a point on the offline map for navigation. The shown straight line back to the start of a journey may not be a practical route to follow due to environmental factors; this is only intended to help you keep track of your position in relation to the start point of the journey. 8. Indoor positioning services are not supported. Positioning speed and accuracy may be affected by the surrounding environment. The number of satellites connected to simultaneously, and specific satellite connections, may depend on your location.

9. Sleep monitoring can record night sleep and naps that last more than 20 minutes. Sleep Breathing Quality tracking needs to be enabled in the Zepp App or in the settings of the watch's Sleep feature.

10. Alerts and reminders need to be enabled in the watch settings or Zepp App.

11. The HUNT Fitness Study indicates that people who maintain a PAI score of 100 or higher show lower risk of hypertension, heart disease, and type-2 diabetes. It has premium features you'd find on 400 dollar watches like an add on for EKG. I'm on Android, and it let's you make and receive calls via your phone. It monitors your sleep and shows how long your in each stage. I can't write the glorious review again.

I have been usiing a Pixel Watch 2, but I read good things about Amazfit so I took the plunge and bought the Active 2 Premium. I wear it for a few days then go to put the Pixel back on, but end up keeping the Active 2 on. Why? A beautiful vibrant screen, snappy performance, good light fitness and sleep tracking, and excellent GPS and battery life. It is lacking some things the Pixel has succh as wifi, ekg and fall notification, but I'm doing fine without them for now. 2 weeks in and I'm really liking it.

The Active 2 round face with red band is nice looking. It worked well for notifications but I disabled that function because I get too many through our the day. I have 38% battery left and I charged it 9 days ago. I had to poke a couple of extra holes in the band because of my thick wrists. It's light weight and accurate giving me steps, pulse, day, and date and sleep data. Haven't used it for any strenuous activity monitoring but thick it will perform well at that. Very satisfied with this watch thus far.

This watch is amazing!! Iv’e had the apple watch a d galaxy watch and seriously this watch smokes both of them. The battery life is a beast. I get 5 days of battery life with always on display and tracking everything. My workouts and cycling 5x a week. The reason why i also love this watch so much is because it looks super clean and classy. As an iphone user i always wanted a nice round watch, pixel watch looks clean but its not compatible but thank God this amazfit active 2 exists. 5 out of 5. If i were to make it even more perfect i would’ve love it to have lte to make calls without a phone.

My Apple Watch broke a few years ago and I just did not like the watch enough to justify spending $300+ on a replacement. So I went with a Fitbit Versa. Outside of telling the time and counting steps it was the most worthless hunk of junk. I hated the watch, but I just didn’t see anything out on the market that was worth taking a chance on…..until I discovered the Amazfit brand. I am not sure even where to begin, other than that for $79…this might be the best deal on the planet. This watch literally does it all. The display is gorgeous, and with only two buttons, extremely easy to navigate. Along with the watch, the Zepp app really is a game changer. It has made tracking exercise and food intake seamless. The AI within the app tracks the macros of the food you eat at the snap of a picture. It really is just unbelievable. Other reviews can provide a better definitive list of the features, but just know that this thing is legit. I purchased it on a whim, and I am so glad I did. So quit debating it and just pull the trigger. Buy the watch. You will not regret it.

I really like this watch. I thought it might feel bulkier than my old Band 7, but quite the opposite, it's really comfortable and feels lighter than I expected. It does a much better job tracking my sleep, including awake time (reading in bed middle of night) which the Band 7 didn't detect. The GPS is surprisingly accurate (even when I don't bring my phone) and downloading a local area map is quite easy. The auto-brightness is so welcome after the Band 7 (manual brightness only) which would be like turning on a flashlight at night and would sometimes activate when it shouldn't - but the Active 2 has none of those issues, in part i think because it has buttons to manually active during "sleep" hours when wrist-flick and/or always-on are disabled. Anyway, I would definitely buy it again.

Tennis: wearing it on the swinging wrist tracks the number of forehand, backhand and serve so that’s cool! Swimming: doesn’t track my wife’s breaststroke but tracks mine ok. I wonder if her strokes are slower than the recognizable standard so it doesn’t count her laps. Battery: compared to the Active I’m surprised at how much faster it drains, but still glad I don’t have to charge it everyday. Replying: paired with my iPhone 14 Pro it doesn’t by default allow reply to IMs, but set it up with beeper via matrix allows me to reply to my wife’s Messenger texts and also WhatsApp, good enough for me.

I've been a long time Samsung watch user from the Neo up through the Watch Classics. Of which I really like. However, before upgrading to the newest Watch 7, I decided to give the Amazfit Active 2 a chance and I am very happy I did. Some things are a little less refined in the watchfaces and software compared to Samsung, but the Amazfit build quality, amount of tracking options, price savings and battery life far outweigh the those current refinments. I also believe those refinements will improve more and more over time. A huge mention on battery life…WOW! This itself is a smartwatch game changer, a main reason for trying Amazfit. So far I have been very impressed with my Active 2 so much that I have purchased the T-Rex 3 as well. My workouts have improved and I look forward to analyzing my activity tracking daily. One thing to note, I bought the premium version of the Active 2 and thought the leather band was in addition to the black and orange band, but that's not the case. It only comes with the leather and orange bands. I would have rather had the black silicone band for daily use. The leather band also is very narrow and is really designed for a small or female wrist so a bit disappointing on those accessories. It would be nice to include wider & chunkier bands for us guys, but the watch itself is very nice. I look forward to using my watches and would recommend giving Amazfit a try. These are quality smartwatches.

All in all this watch is really cool. I love the design and the sleek look. Glad I went with the Premium for that sapphire glass. I know it’s a new watch. I would love to see some improvements in firmware/software update that allow you to use some of the features on the Watch without having to have the app open. It says it can last up to 10 days with minimal to normal usage, but I will say that I’ve really only have gotten maybe three I’ve never let it really fully die but after a full charge day two I’m already at like 50% and then day three drops pretty fast and I don’t use it that heavily. So maybe some updates for Efficiency. Again, I think with some firmware and software updates on accuracy with all the things that watch can do it will be even better.

This watch is perfect for my needs. I don't know how they get 7 days out of this watch. I am on day 4 of the initial charge and still at 59%. This is extensive use too, because I obviously had to play with it for hours to get it set up to my liking. I immediately changed the silicone band with a flexible fabric band for better breathability and ease of removal. The Zepp app falls short of Fitbit as it is not a cohesive well thought out experience. I also spent hours trying to to figure out their AI text to speech to no avail. I submitted a support ticket and coincidentally the next morning I received a firmware update that included flow, their AI text to speech engine. I was very excited to use this feature as it worked well. Overall I love the brightness and resolution of the display. This is a remarkable watch, it just needs some tweeking of permissions to make it work as desired. The picture is a long side my Fitbit Charge 6.

Great fitness watch, reasonably accurate, nice screen. PAI is a really nice metric I didnt expect to use, but it helps dictate some extra cardio weekly. Sleep tracking seems fine, but definitely more accurate than my old fitbit. Tons of features that didnt expect at this price. Will see if it lasts / is durable.

I love this watch because I can wear it all day, every day, and when I want to track an activity, the watch I wear at work is the same watch I use to record outdoor activities like cross country skiing or hiking. I constantly gone back and forth between Fitbit and Garmin smart watch/fitness trackers over the years. Each had their own positives and negatives, but they typically only last around 15 months before the battery or display craps out. The features you want are all on premium models with a premium price point and/or subscription. I found Amazfit (Zepp) from Google reviews, and everything looked too good to be true... so I ordered the Active 2. I love it! It's by far the best smart watch/fitness tracker I've ever had, and the price point was great. It's feature rich, has great battery life, looks nice, and is just overall a fantastic smart watch/fitness tracker. I've been converted :) Amazfit Active 2

My experience so far has been great. For a fitness wear/smartwatch, I really like what this device can do. I used to be very engrained with WearOS and the Apple watch. Other options have more functionality, but I don't think all the extra features are necessary. I kinda wish there was the ability to reply to SMS or display turn-by-turn GPS directions. However, the battery life and basic functionality is really all you would need. If you have a Fitbit, I think this device is worth the switch, especially for the price.

I previously owned a GTR Mini, which broke after 11 months. Amazfit sent me an Active 2 as a replacement, and unfortunately, that one also broke after about 11 months. I didn’t give it a 1 for quality because I still really like the design, and I think the watch fits very well. That said, there are clearly some flaws in the construction. Either I’ve been extremely unlucky, or the overall quality just isn’t there. I’m leaning toward the second conclusion, especially since I take very good care of my watches and the two failures were caused by completely different issues.
