Notes

1. Always-on Display: When the screen is illuminated, it displays system content. When the screen is in standby mode, it displays the time. This function requires users to manually set "Always-on Display". The user can switch on or off this feature through the device settings or in the Zepp App.

2. The battery life may vary according to the settings, operation conditions and other factors. So the actual result may differ from the laboratory data.
Typical usage scenario: Heart rate monitoring is always on and measures at 30-minute intervals, high-precision sleep and all-day stress monitoring are disabled; 100 pushed messages a day; receive 10 call notifications per day, vibrations last for 10 seconds each time; raise wrist to see device time 200 times; sync with the Zepp App once per day; test blood-oxygen 2 times per day; exercise data is recorded for 60 minutes per week.
Battery Saver Mode: Engage the Battery Saver Mode on the device, which turns off the Bluetooth connection, heart rate and other functions, and only records steps and basic sleep information.
Heavy usage scenario: Heart rate monitoring is always on and measures at 1-minute intervals, high-precision sleep and all-day stress monitoring are enabled; 200 pushed messages a day; receive 15 call notifications per day, vibrations last for 10 seconds each time; raise wrist to see device time 500 times; sync with the Zepp App once per day; test blood-oxygen 2 times per day; exercise data is recorded for 90 minutes per week.

3. According to the ISO 22810:2010 standard, the Amazfit Band 7 achieves a rating of 5 ATM, for a water-resistance of up to 50 meters, and is therefore suitable for splashes, snow, showering, swimming, or some high-speed water sports. It has passed third-party testing conducted by SGS, and the report number is SWT2205-46. Remove the device when taking a hot shower or trip to the sauna, since too much steam can affect the seal and make it less water-resistant in future. Do not wear the device with a leather or metal strap when swimming - when preparing to swim, change to a fluoroelastomer strap or other suitable type. For more information, please visit the support page at: support.amazfit.com

4. The accuracy and sensitivity of the workout recognition feature varies from person to person, and are related to the posture and proficiency of the user during their workout. Short workout duration or frequent changes in posture may not trigger the automatic recognition feature. When you are driving a car or taking a bus, or taking part in other such activities, accidental recognition may be triggered if these activities are particularly similar to the selected workout mode. Make sure that connection with your mobile phone is maintained and GPS permission is obtained.

5. The Virtual Pacer is only compatible with Outdoor Running and Treadmill sports modes.

6. This product and the Zepp App are not medical devices and cannot be used for medical purposes, or as basis for diagnosis of any medical condition. Detection results are provided for reference only. Please consult professional medical institutions if you feel unwell.

7. 24-hour monitoring of heart rate and blood-oxygen saturation (SpO2) need to be enabled in the Zepp App. For heart rate monitoring, the user must enable Auto Heart Rate Monitor in the Zepp App, and the minimum value can be set to 1 minute. Abnormal heart rate alerts and the preset value need to be set in the Zepp App. To measure blood-oxygen saturation (SpO2), please wear the device tightly at one finger-width from the wrist, and keep your arm still for best results. SpO2 alerts are sent if the detected rate is too low compared to the preset value, which needs to be set in the Zepp App, at a minimum of 80%. Movement, and environmental and physical characteristics can affect speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement. The 24-hour stress level monitoring needs to be enabled on the device or in the Zepp App. Alerts for high stress levels are based on the preset value, and prompts for the breathing exercise need to be enabled on the device.

8. To process the one-tap measurement and other manual metric measurements, please wear the device tightly at one finger-width from the wrist, and keep your arm still for best results. Movement, and environmental and physical characteristics can affect speed and accuracy of monitoring and measurement.

9. Alerts and reminders need to be enabled in the device settings or Zepp App.

10. Sleep monitoring can record night sleep and naps that last more than 20 minutes. Sleep Breathing Quality tracking needs to be enabled in the Zepp App or in the settings of the device's Sleep feature.

11. The HUNT Fitness Study indicates that people who maintain a PAI score of 100 or higher show lower risk of hypertension, heart disease, and type-2 diabetes. HUNT Fitness Study: This study was conducted by Professor Ulrik Wisloff of the Faculty of Medicine, Norwegian University of Science and Technology. It lasted for more than 35 years and had more than 230,000 participants. To use this function, all-day heart rate monitoring must be enabled.

Overall rating: 4.5 / 5 from 122 reviews.

I’m enjoying using the Amazfit Band 7. Best money I have spent in recent months. The band is a little hard to put on and comes off easily but it’s been fun to use. I had trouble not finding the charger. I contacted customer service and they graciously told me that is often overlooked and that was the case. After tearing the box up it was in there. So if you are purchasing this look very close in the box for the chart Thank you, LT

So, this is currently my 2nd Band 7 (I lost the prior one, no idea when/where) and I had the Band 5 previously (Bought 3 originally, two for clients). If that doesn't tell you enough about how much I like these products, nothing else I say will!!! As far as issues go, my only real one is the watch being a little too sensitive. I'm a tabletop gamer and if i brush the watch with my other arm or leg it jumps to the change screen setting. Other than that, I have noticed that none of the watches I have had track my steps IF I'm pushing a shopping cart or wheelchair. As I'm an in home caregiver(IE my comment above about getting Band 5's for 2 of my clients) I do all of their shopping(as well as my own!) and periodically have to push one of them in a wheelchair. Even with those issues, I still would give these 15 stars if I could. I do a lot of bicycling and love the way the watch tracks my rides and pings on the mile! If you ever do another major upgrade to the Band 7 (say a band 9???) i will seriously consider upgrading!

This tracker can track as much, or as little as you’d like. So easy to customize, great battery life, and the price is perfect.

I think Amazfit band 7 is revolutionary overall, just being able to track steps accurately, but the downside to it is the inaccuracy of calories in weight lifting activities and sometimes my heart rate. Love the way it is uncomfortable on my arms and tracking my daily calorie burned.

Has great health tracking software and looks great on your wrist! The only problem is that it is too big for my wrist!

Customer photo review of Band 7

I’ve used the Amazfit Band 7 for a couple of years and have only one complaint about it. The BAND itself. The band snaps and does not stay on too well with the style of band that it has with the push button style. It does tend to fly off your wrist when exercising with any high impact movements or workouts. And because of the constant on and off the hikes in the band tend to wear and crack easily causing the band rubber to eventually snap in pieces. I’ve had to purchase and or tape and repair the band several times and actually need another band soon. Had to make a temporary band out of Velcro.

Still a Great watch/fitness band. I previously wore the Band 5 (smaller version), was happy/satisfied with all it provided. The new Band 7's larger screen provides more info to be displayed, larger text as well (depending upon the watchface you choose). Features/Function offerings are about the same with some new settings. The biggest change beside the display is the ergonomic s... The home button has been removed, thus, alittle more learning curve when navigating, but not difficult. As was with Band 5... swiping gestures got you were you needed to go, and with the same ability to modify your apps/widget positions (in order of your choice), you can still get to the information you want in a few steps. The biggest hurdle (not so big), is learning you dont always have to go back to the 'Home' page when done... rather, just leave the watch do it on its own. And that doesn't mean you stair and wait, rather, continue about your day and when the didplay darkens and you go back to check info later, its automatically back at the home screen. Its really not that big of a deal as many reviewers make of it. / There are many styles of watch faces to choose from, some provide touch links to more detailed info such as Weather, Blood Pressure, etc. Battery time is still a plus with both Bands with Band 7 being even longer. The Zepp App still has a good/similar layout, and like the watch, can be edited/arranged to you liking and provides a wealth of info... not just from the initial display, but tapping a health area, drills down to further more detailed info. As with Band 5... Banc 7 still needs alittle polishing in a few areas, but the designers/programmers still have a good ear for feedback. For either band you choose, you still get alot more than those of direct comparison <>. Do not expect the Band to compare to the larger smarter watches... and dont understand why many reviewers do. The Band stands on its own merrits, and does so very well. And your seriously can't beat the price point. Additionally, want a different style/color band to go with you new Band 7... There out there. I went with a simikar stlye but deep blue band for mine. Finally... why I gave 4 stars... When your ready to purchase the watch, I suggest going through the companies Amazon link. Quicker delivery and fewer excuses of why shipping is delayed.

The ratings don't lie. Buy this . It's amazing. I've been a Fitbit user since 2015. This is a change that I am happy I made.

Customer photo review of Band 7

Very good! Always on was a welcome feature! Longer battery life if set up right!

I’ve been wearing it for a few days now and am pretty happy with it! You WILL need to order a new band however. The plastic one it comes with fits horribly and it was not reading my heart rate accurately at all, especially during workouts which is the sole reason I got it. Now that i have a band that fits properly, it is working perfectly fine. I love the fact that a subscription is not needed for thebase fubctions. The Aura subscription option it offers is worth it in my opinion. It’s only $30 a year and the sleep music to match your bpm is heavenly. The one drawback I’m noticing is it doesn’t give you the option to link it with many other apps. It links to my iphone health app which is nice but it wont connect to myfitnesspal or any other tracking apps commonly used so foguring out how to manually enter data like calories burned and steps has been challenging.

So simple yet useful! It has a good-sized color screen and so many features for its price. I love the photo backgrounds!

Until the band broke. Now, I'm devastated. I love all of the features. Especially, being able to choose my own bwck ground. Until the band broke a few days ago and I hate not being able to wear it. I wish they'd create a replacement band or something it can attach to. Idk. I just really miss my watch.

I bought it to monitor my heart rate due to a possible medical issue. It works great so far. My only issue is that it does make my arm ache a little. Not the skin but it feels like the bones ache. This could be all in my head because I'm just not used to wearing a watch.

Great . Meeting my step goals is very important to me. At 72 it has had a great help in keeping me active. Feel go good went back to work.

Love it

I only wear it while working out, and it works well to track my heart rate while running or doing yoga. The GPS does not sync with my phone properly when I'm running if I start the workout from the watch itself, so I make sure to do that with the phone. Docked a star because that seems a bit wonky, but the workaround is fine, so it's not a big problem. I can't start a yoga workout from the phone, but that seems to work fine (no GPS involved). I got it during the Black Friday sale -- especially discounted, you really can't beat the price.

Love it

This is my third watch I like it for walking and monitoring my heart ( I lost my first two )

I don't like that it doesn't have blood pressure check like the other watch I have.

I don't like that it doesn't have blood pressure check like the other watch I have.

Ron was the best. I really apricate the service and instructions he provided.

You are annoying. Give a person AT LEAST TWO WEEKS. It is close to Christmas after all. Ask “Have you had a chance to check out your Band 7” and then ask and decide when best to check back.

It's the perfect blend of a band and smartwatch. Far superior to Fitbit. Customer service is outstanding as well.

I previously had a band 5 and loved it for simplicity. Simple face, info easily read and displayed. The 7 has many different faces to choose from and none are really simple.

Unfortunately the Amazfit band overestimate naps and sleep. That doesn't help me because tracking sleep is my main reason for wanting a fitness tracker. I feel the Amazfit band is average because other features of the seem adequate

I like the watch but, it cracked where you attach it. I can’t find a replacement band on the website for this model either. Disappointed because it could easily have been lost if I hadn’t noticed. I had to tape the crack for now.

I was going to get one of the more expensive fitness trackers but decided to try this one. It does everything that I need to do plus has extra features for most activities. The app that downloads to my phone shows all the results that I need to show where I need to improve.

The fitness tracker works pretty well. It's a reasonable fill in for the popular "fit" brand. What is really disappointing is there doesn't seem to be a scale that will pair with it. There is a amazfit scale that isn't available anywhere. There's an app for pairing other brand scales, that doesn't exist anymore. If you want a step tracker and a simple interface to your phone for weather or texts it works. If you're looking to get in better shape it falls short

Great price and the app is awesome

I like this fitness tracker because it has a lot of the features that the other more expensive products do but for a cheaper price.

Reads hr accurately most times. Only synced up to my phone for 5 mins. Owned and worn daily for 8 months now although the stock band is terrible. It has fallen off my wrist several times. Today i took it swimming with me. And after 5 mins the screen does not work. Other than those few gripes its a good watch for the price. Good for beginner fitness watch

It works great and meets my needs!

I love the watch but it's hard to use I wish you a couple easier instructions

So far i like everything about this tracker

So far i like everything about this tracker

This is a piece of junk! It doesn’t read my sleep hours at all accurately (within a couple of hours) and even gets the time of day wrong! I woke up the other morning at about 6:30, and my watch read 10:15. What?

So far it has been pretty good. I find some of the set up functions between the phone and the watch to be hard to figure out, but my needs are pretty simple: track exercise, sleep, O2 and heart rate. I lost the first one of these as the strap comes off with very little interaction.

Primarily purchased this watch to monitor my heart rate during exercise I found that I could not determine my heart rate until I stopped the Exercise and pushed a few buttons. Not acceptable for my application.

The ratings don't lie. Buy this . It's amazing. I've been a Fitbit user since 2015. This is a change that I am happy I made.

This is my third watch I like it for walking and monitoring my heart ( I lost my first two )

I don't like that it doesn't have blood pressure check like the other watch I have.
