Cut a strip of paper long enough to fit around your index finger.

Wrap the paper around the finger for a natural fit, not too tight. Aim for a comfortable yet snug fit.

Use a pen to mark the point where the paper overlaps.

Straighten the paper strip and measure the length from tip to pencil mark. The result is your ring size measurement.

Wrap a piece of thin string around the widest part of your index finger - avoid using string that's made from overly stretchy material.

I’m really satisfied with the Amazfit Helio Ring. The build quality is excellent, the finish feels premium, and it’s very comfortable to wear even for long days at work. The tracking is accurate, the battery lasts well, and the design feels strong and high-quality. Definitely a great buy.
The ring itself is really nice and I do like the sleep data you can get from this. But the Zepp app is pretty mediocre. Only 4 total workout modes and I’ve had issues when on walks where the app stops tracking and I don’t notice until I finish my walk, so I miss out on all that data.
So this is a great product. It gives really good insight, pairs well with the watch I have. I will say the battery life is eh, lasts about 3 days total. I understand it’s a ring so I accept this but wish it had better battery life.
Nice finish on the outside. Step counter seems to be a bit off when compared to my watch5. Battery life is ok, lasts for a few days. Setup and pairing was easy. A big plus is the app is free.
I really like the ring. It's a great product to help with recovery! The only thing I wish was that the connection with the amazfit balance was a little better, my calorie count is a little off when I take off the ring and only use the watch for running or gym. But I was reassured that the team was working on improving it! Overall I really like the product and would recommend it!
This ring isn't breaking the current smart ring norms, but it is an excellent job of the things you would expect it to based on the current features active in the market. It has good sensors, the battery last a few days, and it's an attractive ring to look at and wear. Preferring another brand or holding out for the next generation of rings are the only reasons to pass on this one.
I’m a 67 year old male that exercises intensely, walking, jogging and playing tennis( singles & doubles). I wear the ring on my index finger. It has a premium look and is comfortable. The sleep, stress and recovery insights are extremely helpful. This data helps me plan my workouts more effectively. The ring analyzes my current physical and recovery level’s, providing guidance on which activity I am best prepared for on that day. For instance, one day the ring indicated a moderate adjustment so I opted for lighter activity. I have a tendency to overtrain so these insights are instrumental in preventing injuries. For the older athletes, especially those serious about their exercise routines, I highly recommend the Amazfit Helio ring.

So far I love the ring. The battery life is good. It could be better, but I have the ring monitoring everything. I love how the the Balance and Helio ring merge info on the zepp app. I also have the ringconn smart ring and find it runs neck and neck. Overall very pleased with both the Balance and Helio.
A little bulky but not surprising as it has all the diagnostics built into it. Im goung to try the helio band as well and if i like it better I’ll probably return the ring. It is great quality and seems to be recording accurate information. But I think maybe the band will be a better option for me. Stay tuned lol

So far I do like the Helio ring. I do wish the charge lasted longer. I get about four days of wear before I have to charge it. Plus side it does recharge quickly. I also purchased the Bip6 watch which I absolutely love. I feel like wearing the watch and ring together seems to provide more accurate information. I have not worn just the ring yet so cannot add insight on that.

Although I've only had my Helio Ring for one day, my initial impression is that it is an attractive and high quality device. I already had an Amazfit Band (another excellent device) and had previously installed the Zepp app on my phone. Pairing the ring with the app was as easy an installation as I've ever had. And the data from the ring and band are working hand in hand in a seamless fashion. I'm also blown away by the customer support. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size band. In less than 12 hours from the time I contacted them, they responded with an immediate offer to return the ring for the right size, along with a mailing label. It took less than two days from the time they received the return before I received the replacement. I've NEVER experienced better customer service from any company in the past. In short, I'm super impressed both with the products and the company. What can I say? I'm a BIG fan!

Exercise features are limited. Other than the four offered with Icons, any other type of exercise is very limited in tracking ability. Will only measure stress levels and not actual work out details. Not sure how accurate sleep tracking number are.
I like wearing it. I alternate between the ring and strap. A ring size kit and more sizes would be great.

Zepp has been phenomenal, start to finish. I have been using the Helio ring with the Zepp app and I am genuinely impressed with both the product and the experience. The battery life has been great for my routine. I charge it about every four days, and it has never felt annoying or disruptive. The app experience is where this really becomes something special. The insights are easy to understand and actually useful. Aura has been a standout feature for me. The sleep tools, calming options, and the way you can tailor the experience based on what you need in the moment is excellent. It feels like a real system for improving sleep, recovery, and mindset, not just another set of charts. The biggest thing I want to call out is customer support. I accidentally ordered the wrong ring size at first. I reached out, and the support team made the exchange process incredibly smooth. They gave me clear instructions, handled everything quickly, and kept communication tight the whole time. They even followed up to make sure everything was on track and that the replacement was moving as expected. That kind of follow-through is rare, and it made me feel taken care of as a customer. Now that I have the correct size, I am elated. The fit is perfect, it feels more accurate, and it is comfortable enough that I forget I am wearing it. I chose the Helio Ring because I just don't trust the Oura / Palantir connection. The Helio ring is 100% functional. The platform is a little cumbersome but not horrible. A lot better than the Fitbit application IMO. Here's what I don't like: 1) It's was only available in 3 sizes (8/10/12). This is not ideal for people with smaller hands. My wife is normal size and the one she got just barely fits correctly. 2) The size rings don't exactly match up with the ring. If you're sensitive to that kind've thing, just be warned. 3) I use my hands a lot. The ring shows some significant wear after 10 days of use. That's fine for me but could be annoying for other people. 4) I really wish there was a better set-up in the app. Even cheap BLE earbuds have a bit more of a guided tour. This is small but I ended up using YouTube university to get things arranged as I like them. 5) The default set-up burns through battery life. That took me a few days to figure out. After adjustment it's fine. I'd definitely but this again. Especially for the price ($110 on Xmas sale).
I’m really happy with the Helio Ring. It’s easy to wear, easy to use, and does exactly what I need without any hassle. Best of all, it works well without costing a lot of money. I’m glad I didn’t overspend—this was a great, practical choice.
Ring quality and software interface is good if you are searching for a ring to provide the essential information such as sleep steps and heart rate this is it there are more features but the best is no members fee or yearly subscription highly recommend and customer support replies in less than 25 hours to your concerns
